THE FACILITY

For Kids & Fit-Family Classes:

Our Tumble  & Sports Tikes area is available for Fit-Family Boot Camp classes, Family Open Gym & Fit-Play, to private parties and co-training space for other activities like yoga, martial arts, mat Pilates, etc…These include equipment for children crawling to age 8 years old.  We offer play time in our custom ‘Tree House’ with ball pit and slide to obstacle courses.

 

 

 

 

 

Come climb into the tree house and slide down or up the tree pole or over the bars.  Balance beams and vault boxes are low to encourage developmental gymnastics great for teaching body awareness and confidence.

Our goal is to allow for kids up to 8 years of age providing a healthy & fun experience that will develop gross motor and cognitive skills, build self-esteem, learn cooperation & create an overall love for fitness.

 

 

 

 

 

Youth & Adult Training:

The Triple Jump Fitness youth and adult gym provides all the essentials to help the adult client as well as your son or daughter excel at his or her sport(s).  Our multi-purpose squat rack allows for squat and bench press variations.  The hex bar dead lift station is an option for those having difficulty squatting.

Dumbbells ranging from 3-90 lbs in 5 pound increments provide all the necessary weights for unilateral training for both the upper and lower body. Dual station wall-mounted pull-up bars are used for grip variations as well as TRX rowing movements.

 

 

 

Physio-balls, bosu balls, heavy ropes and medicine balls allow for different modes of core and stability work. Foam rollers, yoga mats and massage sticks allow for all the therapeutic tools necessary to recover in between training sessions.  Additionally, the space contains a 25 yard runway w/ rubber flooring; perfect for plyometric drills for power, sled pulls for acceleration and shuttle runs for conditioning.

Take I-295 South to Exit 8 for ME 26 S/Washington Ave, Keep right at fork, head down hill and stay right at bottom to U haul, turn left onto Marginal Way, go .03 miles, turn left on Diamond Street, go .01 miles over walking path and we are located on right with Black Bear Medical & Worlds Gym.

From the South:

Take I-295 North to Exit 7 for ME US 1/Franklin Street, follow right  off ramp to light and take left onto Marginal Way, go .02 miles , take right onto Diamond Street, go .01 miles over walking path and we are located on right with Black Bear Medical & Worlds Gym.
