Originally from Vermont, Kim moved to Maine and began teaching fitness in 1990.  To fill the void after completing her competitive gymnastics career, she fell head over heels for fitness classes, becoming a group fitness instructor/ director at two area health clubs. Tim has been a personal trainer and performance coach since moving to Maine in 2004.  He received his Masters in Physical Education from Springfield College in 2001 and later became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
