As a personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast, Will will help you on your fitness journey by using his core foundation of knowledge and correct strength training techniques. His goal is to help others realize their full potential through coaching and encouragement.
Will is passionate about physical fitness and comes from a strong athletic background. He graduated from the Waynflete School where he excelled in lacrosse. From there he went onto Salve Regina University where he played lacrosse at the collegiate level.
Following school Will was an assistant lacrosse coach at Waynflete and also served as a performance coach for the Portland-based lacrosse company 207 Lacrosse. He has worked with countless middle and high school athletes over the years, especially those looking to take their lacrosse game to the next level. He is currently the assistant lacrosse coach at the University of Southern Maine.
Will is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a performance coach, he will help you not only reach your goals but surpass them.
